The Founders
Donna Beverly
Donna’s passion is outreach. A retired attorney and advocate, she founded International Mission Connection, an international ministry to teach and empower disadvantaged youth in Central America. At home , she hosts Bible studies, women’s retreats and prayer groups from her mountain cabin.

Donna’s passion for Deepwater Women arises from her own personal and professional experiences in dealing with the transitions and seasons of women’s lives.
Her life has been spent as an advocate for those who need a voice. First as a special needs teacher working in inner city schools and later as a seasoned attorney dealing with families in crisis, she brings a wealth of experience in counseling, discipling, and just helping folks get a fresh start.
After returning from the mission field in Ecuador during college years, she came home to the States with a heart for young people and a love for the Latino community that never left her. Through her work with International Mission Connection, she has planted churches, formed international discipleship groups, and founded projects to educate, train, and motivate disadvantaged people groups.
A mediator, author, and speaker, Donna brings her practical everyday experience as a mother, a grandmother, and a survivor of unexpected twists in the road, to encourage and inspire others to find purpose and meaning in the journey.
Amy Consoli
Following a 22-year corporate banking career, Amy felt led by God to pursue her passions in biblical discipleship, speaking and writing. She delights in walking alongside others in their desire to deeply know God. In addition to providing individual Spiritual Direction, Amy also serves as a speaker, group facilitator, and Silent Retreat Spiritual Director for Deepwater Women and Wellspring Group ministries.

Her own transformational journey of healing and deeper intimacy with God led Amy to pursue Spiritual Direction. She received her training in Spiritual Direction from The School of Sustainable Faith, and is currently pursuing her Master of Arts in Spiritual Formation and Direction at Richmont Graduate University in Atlanta, GA. Amy lives in Roswell, GA with her husband, Rob, where they attend Fellowship Bible Church.

Mildred Blazquez
Mildred is a wife, mother and integral part of the Fellowship en Español ministry at Fellowship Bible Church in Roswell. She is involved with the women’s ministry there, as well as working on the Deepwater Women team, helping our ministry reach the Hispanic community.
Fhonda Goss
As a Bible study leader, Fhonda serves multiple communities of women through online Bible studies. In addition to her online classes, she is currently walking through the BEMA curriculum of studying the Bible book by book with a group of dedicated women.
Myra McCowan
Myra is a wife and mother of three children. She is also a recent grandmother to Henry! She is a retired RN. Myra enjoys Bible Study and the relationships that have developed as a result of studying God’s word together.

Mary Sorrentino
Mary is a Certified Professional Life Coach, author, speaker and founder of Joy on Purpose Life Coaching. Her heart’s desire is to help people find the Joy that God has promised us, even in the midst of life’s hard times.

Karen Loritts
Karen Loritts’ desire is to equip and encourage women to embrace and fulfill their God ordained assignment to make and send disciples for His Kingdom. She engages women through teaching at conferences, retreats, and various media outlets with the truths of His Word.
Sonya McRay
Sonya is a serial volunteer, founding member of Dare To Hope, and life-long learner who delights in her collection of excellent questions. Two amazing adult humans call her Mom and she’s been married for 35 years to her former college study buddy.
